Monochrome Nails

These monochrome nails , i.e. black and white, are so easy yet cool to look at.






Start by applying a base coat as we will be using black on our nails.

Quilted Design:

1. Start by painting your nail black.
2. Dot three large dots down the middle of the nail and two on either side. The number of dots will depend on the length of your nail.
3. Connect these dots using a toothpick, to make small dots.
4. Use a toothpick to make tiny black dots inside the large white ones.




Monochrome lines:

1. Paint your nail white. You will need 2-3 coats for opacity.
2. Then use a black striper to make lines is any direction.

 


Woven Dots:

1. To achieve this cool design, start by painting your nail black.
2. Wait for it to dry before applying white polish diagonally across the nail.
3. The dot a few white dots along its edge spacing them equally on the black side. And then paint some black dots on thewhite half of the nail.
4. Then use a black polish to put a few dots in between the white dots. Then dot some dots on the white half.

  


Polka Dots:

1. Paint your Nail white.
2. Place a few dots along he middle of the nail and then on either side of it.



Flowers:

1. Paint your nail white.
2. Use a black polish and make clusters of 3, 4 or 5 dots.
3. Place a small white dot in the center of each cluster to complete the design.



Finally complete your monochrome manicure with a fast drying top coat.
