Choco-Nutella Muffins

Again, I'm sorry for post after like a month... just don't seem to be getting any idea
Today I made these Nutella filled chocolate muffins and they are soooo  good!

Prep time: 10 - 15 minutes
Baking Time: 15 -17 minutes
Makes: 12 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of plain flour
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup of milk
  • 1/3 cup of oil
  • 12 - 15 tbsp of nutella

Method:

* Line your muffin tray with cupcake liners. Pre-heat your oven to 180`C

1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda and powder, salt and cocoa powder. Mix well and combine the chocolate chips.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk and oil.

3. Slowly add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, whisking constantly. If the batter is too thick then add some more milk.

4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the batter into the cupcake liners.

5. Then add some nutella. You can add how much ever you'd like. I added about a tablespoon in each. Make sure the nutella is in the middle of muffin.

6. Then take another table spoon of the batter and fill it completely.

7. Bake in the oven at 180`C for 15- 17 minutes. If a tooth pick inserted near the edge of the muffin comes out clean, your muffins are done!

8. Cool for 5 minutes and they are ready to eat!
