Summer Nail Art 2016

YAY! Summers finally here and I'm so excited! The first thing I did after coming back from school was painting my nails for summer. Here I've made five easy nail art ideas for summer.

Firstly, start by applying a base coat on all your nail to prevent chipping of the nail and help you manicure stay longer.

Index Finger (Sun):

1. First paint your nail white and make quarter of a circle at the corner of the nail.

2. Use a nail art brush dipped in yellow polish for the sun rays.

 

Middle Finger:

For the middle finger I simply painted it light blue and stamped a floral design using a nail stamping plate.

Ring Finger:

1. Paint your nail silver.

2. Then using various colours, make big dots all over the nail.

3. Then using a contrasting colour, apply a smaller dot in the center of the previous one.

4. Continue 3-4 times. Add black dots in empty spaces and on top a few dots.

Pinkie Finger (Leopard Print):

1. Paint your nail a light pink.

2. Use a red polish and make dots along the left side of your nail like shown in the picture.

3. Then use a black polish and a toothpick to outline the dots partially forming brackets.

                        

 

Thumb (Colourful Stripes):

1. First paint your nail white.

2. Then simply create stripes by putting tape and and filling it with colour.

Finally add a layer of top coat!
