Healthy Banana oats Cookies

All of us love cookies bought from the store. But you don't know how healthy it is.
These cookies contain no oil, butter or sugar and are very healthy!
These cookies are so delicious that you can complete this entire batch yourself!



Makes 9 cookies

Preparation time: 5 minutes                            Baking time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Oats
  • 2 Ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • Blueberries
  • Walnuts
  • Cinnamon

Recipe:

1. Preheat your oven to 180`C or 350`F for 10 minutes.

2. While its preheating, in a mixing bowl, mix together your mashed bananas, milk and oats.


3. Next, add your blueberries and walnuts and mix thoroughly. You can also use strawberries, raisins, almonds or chocolate chips too.


4. Line your baking tray with parchment paper or aluminum foil and spoon the dough. The cookies will not rise or spread so make the cookies as big and thick as you like. Sprinkle some cinnamon.


5. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cookies are firm.


6. Allow the cookies to cool for 5 minutes and your cookies are ready to be eaten.


NOTE: Consume within 24 hours
